PROJECT BRIEF
Xylon Health, a healthcare startup, aims to address the gaps in community chronic care. One area for intervention is the issue of mobility faced by handicapped or elderly chronic disease patients as they need to make more medical visits to various healthcare providers. The team identified remote health monitoring devices as a potential solution to this problem. At the same time, it may be an integrated platform to facilitate data-driven diagnoses and treatments for various providers.
SERVICE FEATURES
HealthKeypers is a service-system comprising a frontend mobile app for patients and caregivers, tied to a backend webportal for healthcare providers.

- Facilitated design thinking workshops and discussions for directors
- Elicited directors' vision and objectives to craft app development roadmap
- Drafted project proposal for the project development funding grant
User Interface and Experience (UIUX)
- Designed and developed wireframes and final conceptual mockups on Figma
- Consolidated and communicated product specifications during development phase
- Collaborated with Medisys development team to produce sound workflows
- Executed small-scale user acceptance testing (UAT) and pilot test at clinic level
Branding
- Conceptualized app name, logo and brand design via Illustrator and Figma
- Established consistent design language across elements such as font and palette
- Maintained brand consistency across app, websites and marketing collaterals
